If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting details and images where applicable. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


Packaging and Product Integrity

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all items must remain unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging if any issue is to be raised regarding delivery or product condition.

We are unable to accept claims or take responsibility for products that have been opened, tampered with, or used after delivery.
